DAY # 25



Today I will utilize as many of the mindful eating skills that I have learned during the challenge while dining out. 

Even if you go out for Starbucks, practice your mindful eating skills.  If you don’t eat out today then practice one of the skills that you struggle with and revisit this one the next time you dine out.

In my experience, this is very challenging because of all the distractions.  Pay attention to how you are feeling, rate your hunger levels before eating, slow down, chew your food well, and just do the best job you can.  Then assess how well you did and rate yourself on a scale of 1-10.  Make sure to consider the areas that you still need to place some thought and emphasis on.  Remember, no judgment.  Just observing how dining out and practicing your mindful eating skills differs from eating at home or where you normally dine.
