My name is Jennifer Hnat (pronounced “not”) and my passion for mindful and intuitive eating stems from my extreme diet behaviors that I struggled with for over 20 years! That’s two decades of trying to figure things out with me and food which lead to a disordered relationship with food patterns and body image.

Let’s face it, knowing how to eat can feel really complicated, but it shouldn’t.  The moment we adopt the latest trendy diet that focuses on weight loss, we lose that connection with what I’ve coined as your Intelligent Belly Wisdom™ or {IBW}. Once you connect to your authentic {IBW}, your inner GPS, you won’t need to listen to the outside noise of diets or any other health expert. You learn to be your OWN!

Eating and nourishing your body has always been an inside job. The best way to tap into your {IBW} is by adopting mindful + intuitive eating skills. They liberate you from disordered diet behaviors by establishing a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and your body.  The end result is a balanced approach toward eating without deprivation, dieting or restrictive habits. Zero, zip, nada.

In full disclosure, when I started experimenting with mindful eating, it felt really overwhelming since it’s counterintuitive to dieting. I knew if I was feeling that way, my clients were struggling with how to wrap their heads around it.  So I strategically broke down the concept in an easy to follow, 30-Day Challenge format, that feels doable and sustainable.  It’s why clients do it over and over again – it’s approachable, fun, and it works!
