Let’s get real. This challenge is not {Hnat}for everyone. If you’re holding onto the hopes that THIS will be that special piece of your weight loss puzzle you haven’t explored, imma burst your hopeful bubble. If weight loss is your goal, here’s where we part ways. While mindful and intuitive eating can lead to lose weight after you connect to your {IBW}, participants who come into the challenge with the expectation of losing weight can be disappointed. This is not a weight loss program, it’s a Challenge to help you reconnect to your natural eating skills, listening to your body for guidance, and creating sustainable eating habits.
