Sati Society Cancellation Policy
A Sati Society member who chooses the 12 month payment plan option may cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment for a $75 early cancellation fee. After the initial 72 hours post enrollment, the cost of cancellation is the remainder of their membership agreement. If a member would like to buy out their membership, their access will be removed upon receipt of payment and no refunds will be permitted for previous payments.
All 3-month and 6-month Sati Society Memberships are final sale. There are no cancellation options for these two payment option. Please see our Refund Policy.
Sati Society Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months in Sati Society regardless of whether the Sati Member has logged in to view the membership content. Nutrition Atlanta maintains the right to refuse refund at any time or provide the option to take Nutrition Atlanta store credit to be used on future purchases. Please see our Upgrade Policy for exceptions to this policy.
Technology and internet connections are not perfect: there may be occasional glitches with the Kajabi app or the website may experience downtime. Nutrition Atlanta will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible as well as immediately report any bugs with the app to Kajabi. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.
Sati Society Upgrade Policy
If a Sati Society Member purchases a 3-month or 6-month membership and wishes to upgrade to the 12-month membership, they may be granted a full refund of their respective monthly membership purchase if they purchase the 12-month Sati Society within 3 days of their registration. After three days there are no refunds granted on any memberships and it is advised that the member wait until the access time is done to sign up for the Sati Society membership as refunds are no longer applicable.
